JUVE vs T.F.D
By: Mostafa | November 7th, 2008
VS
OK despite what everyone is saying, i am not at all optimistic at this match, the coach is going to be playing a 4-4-2, and the players seem to like this formation more, they have even won a friendly midweek against the youth team 6-0, that’s nothing that makes me feel safe though, but it’s just the fact that the players are looking good together, BASED ON GOAL.COM ARTICLE WITH 2 ON THE RULE OF THUMB!
that small fact makes me think we can do something against juve!
That and the fact that it is that time of the years when miracles happen!;
Barcelona tied to basel
Inter tied 3-3 with a team i can’t spell or pronounce!
Juve beat real 2-0 AWAY! (alessio, i’m not saying it’s a complete miracle i mean it is just plain hard to do!)
Atletico madrid were actually wining against liverpool when an unjust penalty in the 90th minute mad them tie.
Roma won against chelsea (but that’s what we would have expected)
Tottenham cam back from a 3-1 loss -> 4-2 loss (86th minute) -> 4-4 tie with ARSENAL
Liver beat chelsea at Stamford bridge!!!!!! (after 76 games of not losing or sumthin like that)
I realy want to add to this tiny list;
Chievo beat juve 3-2, but it’s too much of a long shot…. ![]()
Great now let’s start actually writing a preivew!

Juve:
-ve sides:
-It’s Nedved’s 299th match!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-They have just beat real madrid at the santiago bernabu (bad spelling i know :d )
-ADP is STILL scoring goals
-Ranieri has found rythem
-They have; Manninger, Molinaro, Chiellini, Legrottaglie, Mellberg, Tiago, Nedved, Sissoko, Camoranesi, Iaquinta, Amauri. =(
-They are coming out of a 4 game win streak, last loss was 2-1 to napoli, and before that they won real at home!
+ve sides:
+Cristiano Zanetti was supposed to make his return
+They have; Jorge Andrade, David Trezeguet, Hasan Salihamidzic, Jonathan Zebina, Gianluigi Buffon and Dario Knezevic injured
+ Juventus have only won twice on the road this season, drawing the other two and losing once.
+Amauri seems to be finding difficulty hitting the back of the net. His last goal came against Turin
+The Brazilian wasn’t called up by Carlos Dunga for Brazil’s friendly
+Gialuigi Buffon is absent (i’ll say it again)
+Gialuigi Buffon is STILL absent (i can STILL say it some more)
Summary;
Juve will be coming into this game to win, and to get back to the Schuedtto race. in short Chievo are really in for it!
Chievo Verona (T.F.D):
-ve’s:
-Weve just changed coaches so this can be good or bad, but uptill now i am still convinced that Ichaini was the right man, let’s se what Di Coacho can stay to prove me wrong!
-It’s Di Carlo’s first Serie A game in charge since being sacked by Parma back in March
-His last match was a loss 2-1 to samp!
-It’s not looking good as a resurging Juventus come to town.
-We have won only once at home!
-We are trying to break the serie A record for simultaneous losses
-Our last 5 matches included 4 losses and one tie!
-we need a new pair of wings!
OK let’s loo at the;
+ve’s;
+I am truly stumped
+Sergio Pellissier is showing sign’s
+Gianluigi Buffon is out (lol what did i say)
+Maybe a system change would do us well, like it did roma. (i realy HATE to give this as an example, Please just forget i mentioned it,)
+Well that’s it for me besides i gotta sleep, watch this list i might add on it later!

Mostafa: I just left a post for that article. Now, about that article, I really feel concerned now. WTF!
Di Carlo is plain unmotivational! Geez, the guy just got there and he doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of someone that will motivate or inspire the team.
He says that the lads are putting him on a tough spot? WTF?…..I hope that meant that some of the players have impressed him so much that he doesn’t know who to select for the starting team.

(1)I doubt whether Chievo will dictate the game. Instead, they need to show “grit” and brake any and all kinds of flows or rhytems that Juventus will try to get into…..
(2)Chievo must throw them out of their game and then hope to score off a free kick, corner, or Juve mistakes.
Put (1) and (2) together and the score can end up being 1-1.

Great, but i didn’t understand what he meant by;
They are putting a lot of effort and they are doing all they can to put me in difficultyPosted from

He wants Chievo to have the majority of possession, he wants them to avoid being sieged for 60 minutes like Roma was. Realistically? I haven’t watched Chievo, but given their position I expect them to park the team bus in front of goal and attack on counters.

alessio, theres a gay one in every family.

Once again mostafa, I kind of think Di Coacho means that since he just got there, the players are really trying to impress him in practice and so forth. He needed to decide which formation to use, and which players to implement for the game, etc……

they are doing all they can to put me in difficulty
PUT HIM IN DIFFICULTY
1- They don’t want him
2- They are impressing him, and he doesn’t know who to choosePosted from

Mostafa: maybe 1 is right. We will certainly see during today’s game how the players perform.
For now, I have to leave, but I will be here for the game.

Pauly, once again, you are proved to be an idiot. 1-1, eh?
Palermo/Juve combined 5-0 over this excuse of a team.
F*ck Chievo, no way Roma will get relegated with this shit team sinking the ship.

KJ, there’s always hope that Reggina or Cagliari can claw their way out of the relegation zone.
And about my brother, well, he’s actually married. But he could closeted.

Mostafa: Wtf? I got confused with the hours. You posted that the game would be played at 15:00hrs…..I totally missed it.
ADP is on a complete zone eh alessio? You must be happy with the win. I hope that’s kept you happy for a couple of hours now.

Btw, that Lecce v. Milan score is an unexpected surprise isn’t it?………

15CET, Pauly. Local Italy time.
What does “on a complete zone” mean? Yeah, I’m pretty satisfied.

Well, “on a complete zone” meaning that mentally, he’s on an ideal zone, a pure high. Also, pure intensity. That totally concentrated and focused stage that some atheletes get into at times.

Pauly i’m sorry, but that was what was written on goal.com…

thats all right Mostafa……I must have thought about the times for a second. Instead, I just read the times rather quickly and I though it was saying 15:00 Eastern time…..my bad.
Oh well! Its not like I missed a phenomenal game on our end.
Btw, I still can’t get a hold of you on IM. It shows that you’re online, but I get no responses. Get your act together Mostafa!…..LOL

kj, by deductive reasoning, you must be a single child in your family, then.

Ok guys, lets hope things pick up here again. I think the Juventus loss and the new coach took a lot from all of us.
I would suggest that an AC milan upset would revivalize this place again.

Samson: shit, things are tough on both fronts for us, uh?
Lets hope this weekend will change all things for us.

Mostafa, here’s a news flash for you:
http://www.gazzetta.it/ultimora/agrnews.jsp?id={F4C578C3-5FEA-4CED-BE9B-0EEF9A98BF1C}&cat=home&sezione=CALCIO
Chievo is going to wear jerseys with a Chinese-language sponsor logo (ideograms meaning “100 Happy Possibilities”) against Milan this weekend.
Let’s hope it brings them some luck.
Inter have been doing this once a season for several years (Pirelli is big on the Chinese market) and have never lost with the Chinese character shirts (they may even have always won).

Great new ursus, lol, but unless these characters spell “WINGS” we will STILL never fly lol

Let’s embrace them as a potential piece of chinese luck.
