Chievo vs * (Pre/Review(s))…….
By: Mostafa | March 6th, 2009
Well we did very well Vs Atalanta i think we should keep it up against Cagliari. Well here’s the Atalanta pastreview or somthing like that, we did very well defeating them 2-0. Antonio Langella came first to score in the 78th minute and then came Sergio Pellissier in the 88th, We did an outstanding performance that and I think we deserved a win.
“It’s an important result for us, which moves our standing at the end of a balanced game,”
explained the former Parma coach.
And I beleive that we won and will win against Cagliari because we read this book.

Its great to see our coach still has faith in Chievo this year:
“Even against an opponent like Fiorentina we proved that we know how to give more continuity and intensity, but unfortunately, what we lacked was the result,”
“I’m happy how we propose our game, the attitude on the pitch. We are playing it against everyone and we’re giving strength to our performances.“Now we try to take home the three points. We must do our best until the end of the season, when we shall do a balance. The lads have great determination and will to obtain a result. I have confidence.”
Nicolas Frey & his bro have made it to the team of the week in serie a this week!
Thanks to this win, Chievo’s survival chances have been boosted as they reached Bologna in 17th place with 23 points from 26 games played.
The new challenge
Now for the Cagliari post. I think this is gonna be a tough one but we won against Atalanta and we made a good game against Fiorintina we should win or at least draw against these guys.
Our XI are: Sorrentino – Frey, Morero, Yepes, Scardina – Luciano, Italiano, Marcolini, Pinzi – Pellisier, Makinwa
Their XI: Marchetti – Pisano, Lopez, Canini, Agostini – Fini, Conti, Biondini – Cossu – Acquafresca, Jeda.
What we need to do to win. (beside reading the book)
All we need to to do is keep a strong defence and work on that counter stirke they atack head on we win the ball and the match…. Only one problem how the heck are we gonna do that…… I know the book will guide us
PLAYERS TO WATCH
Chievo Verona
This is not the first time I have singled him out, but Stephen Makinwa’s career must be flashing before his eyes. The Nigerian striker has not scored since his winter move to Verona and if he does not begin to produce, no one will be in need of his services in the future.
Cagliari
Brazilian striker Jeda is having a break-out season, supposedly catching the eye of Roma in the process. The 29-year-old is finally producing in Serie A and has formed a potent combination with Acquafresca in attack.
Thanks that’s all i can do for now, let’s keep our fingers crossed and let’s pray we don’t get relegated!!

Soccer for Dummies? Now that is truly funny there!
As far as Cagli, I hope that Chievo doesn’t take them lightly at all!
The teams does seem to be picking up steam. I knew that even before the Winter break, all they had to do is have a bit of luck going their way. The reason being is that this is a good squad, that in my estimation, can pull it off and escape relegation. I seriously think they will do it.
yes, lets cross our fingers and hope that Makinwa scores for this team.
